Too often within the black community we are reactive as opposed to being proactive.

Food for thought: throughout the 175 blocks of the historic Old West Baltimore district, there are too many buildings that have been demolished, in disrepair, and not properly identified as being historically significant.

In the words of Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, "Wake up everybody no more sleepin' in bed. No more backward thinkin' time for thinkin' ahead. The world won't get no better we gotta change it, just you and me."
