Seven Million Acres: Pride of Place

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Check out the newest episode of Artifactual Journey, where Philip interviewed Emily Artinian, the director of the Little Free Library and Street Road Artists' Space, both in Cochranville, Pennsylvania. Emily has a new project for 2019 called Seven Million Acres: Pride of Place, which asks participants to think of an item that gives them pride of place, photograph that item, and write about it.

The item that we have chosen is a 1921 Colored High School diploma with amazing connections to an historic African American community in Cockeysville, Maryland. More information about the item will be revealed soon!

More information about the project is featured in the podcast, but also at the Street Road website: http://www.streetroad.org/7m.html.

We hope you enjoy the podcast and contribute an item to the project!
